The rooms themselves needs updating; however, it is a beautiful property! The pool area and the beach were perfect in every way. Not all of the workers speak English and that was difficult for us, sometimes the cleaning crew did not show up until 3 pm; there was only one washing machine and dryer with so many suites... one of each was broken; however, everyone was very nice and accomodating.

Unforgettable Experience at Temptation Resort! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the energy, the vibe, and the amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and having fun. The atmosphere is electric — full of laughter, great music, and good people. The entertainment team deserves a shoutout for keeping the party alive day and night! The food was delicious, and the drinks were top-notch. I loved how every night had its own unique theme — it made every evening feel like a new adventure. The rooms were spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, dancing at Bash, or enjoying dinner by the beach, there’s never a dull moment. This was truly a one-of-a-kind experience — fun, classy, and unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back!

Adults only, nice and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Food options very good.

The 4-star rating for staff and service (instead of 5) is due only to the poor check-in experience. We had booked two king-bed rooms, but were given one king and one double-bed room on different floors. The staff suggested we could have two nearby ocean-view rooms if we paid an additional $600 USD, which was disappointing—especially since it was the off-season and there were plenty of empty rooms on each floor. It felt like they were trying to push an unnecessary upgrade. Aside from the check-in issue, the service overall was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel.
